Where is your coffee roasted?

Our coffee is roasted fresh in the United States by trusted roasting partners and shipped directly to you. This ensures your coffee arrives as fresh as possible.

 

Is your coffee freshly roasted?

Yes! Our coffee is roasted after your order is placed (or very close to it), so it doesn’t sit on shelves for long periods like typical grocery-store coffee.

 

What roast levels do you offer?

We offer different roast levels to match your taste:

• Light Roast – brighter, fruity/floral notes, higher acidity

• Medium Roast – balanced, smooth, classic coffee taste

• Dark Roast – bold, smoky/chocolate notes, heavier body

What grind options do you offer?

We offer multiple grind options so you can brew the perfect cup:

• Whole Bean (freshest option; grind at home)

• Coarse Grind (French press / cold brew)

• Medium Grind (drip coffee maker / pour-over)

• Fine Grind (espresso / moka pot — depends on machine)

If you’re unsure which one to choose, we recommend Whole Bean for maximum freshness.

Which Coffee Machine is compatible with the Pods your store provides?

The Pods offered by our store are K-style cups compatible with Keurig Machines only.

The following Coffee brands provide the option to select 12 pack Pods - Bali, Mexico, Peru, Peru Decaf, Cowboy Blend, Breakfast Blend, and 6 Bean Blend.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the order ships.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on coffee items once shipped.

However, if your order arrives:
